This fight is close, yes it is,

but the Cat could win, that's if

he decides to reality warp a win,

or hammerspace can do Will in.

In other words, inconclusive due to both having insane powers. Even if Willy Wonka tries to transmutate him, the Cat can just bend reality and come back. Until more input is given, i vote inconclusive due to neither getting rid of the other.
