I’m not entirely sure if this would be a downgrade. So this is both to ask, and just start a discussion here in general
In the prologue of Trigger Happy Havoc, Monokuma mentions this:
“It can withstand an impact force of up to ten tons.” This is in reference to the e-handbooks
would this place a limit on how powerful the characters are?
Keep in mind that this would downgrade pretty much the whole verse. Given that 1, he’s confident that this limit would make it so that nobody can break them (aside from the weak point of heat), and this includes Sakura. And 2, Mondo, who should be somewhat relative to Sakura, opted to use the heat weak point to break the tablet.
It’s really just dependent on what exactly this means. Obviously if this meant ten tons of tnt, that would limit the verse to large building level at most, but I don’t think that’s what it meant.
It directly says “impact force.” So I’m assuming it must mean ten metric tons. Is there any way we could convert this to joules?
