With the Cyborg 009 respect thread done on Reddit covering all the series, we now have plenty of material to remake Joe and Pyunma's pages
The manga and 2001 anime are basically the same and Call of Justice seem to treat both as interchangeable so we'll set those as either two keys or two pages.I am good with either . The 1979 anime is a sequel to that so that's a separate key or page, and re:Cyborg/Call of Justice would be a single page with two keys since Call of Justice is a direct sequel to Re:Cyborg (and directly mentions the events of the manga, 2001 series and 1979 series, so at lowest, they'd be "at least" as powerful as those keys)
The 1960s series would be it's own separate page.
Universal feats:
Joe would get Superhuman Physical Capabilities and Cyborgization (full) since he's a cyborg and super strong, fast and durable. He'd also get enhanced senses since he can see in the dark and sense hidden monsters by smell and instinct, and he would get Martial Arts skill and acrobatics as we've seen him fight and defeat hordes of enemies that were his physical equal as well as him in every media leaping to the tops of buildings and execting flips and runs. And of course, he'd get weapon mastery with the Supergun since he's a crack shot with it. And vehichle mastery since every version of him can fly planes, race cars, and other vehicles even if he'd never been in one before. Without his Accelerator, using only his muscles, he's got the strength of 100 men and can run at mach 3, but gets faster with it. The same page notes give him Automatic Translation (has a translator in his skull and voice box to automatically understand and speak different languages), Enhanced Memory, Limited Self Sustenance (Can recycle oxygen for one hour) and limited telepathy (has an electromagnetic brainwave transmitter in his skull). He'd also have poison resistance (immune to gas), heat resistance (in both the manga and 2001 anime, resisted Apollo's flames and no sold Kubikoro's flames) and mind control (resists mind control, with Accelerator further weakening it). And of course, Accelerator gives him Statistics Amplification as it enhances his speed and force, and afterimage manipulation (creates afterimages from his speed). Finally, with the supergun, every version gets Heat Manipulation and Energy Manipulation since the Supergun is a laser pistol that fires a beam alternatively called a heat ray and a laser beam. Joe also gets heat manipulation since it's a reoccuring element in all versions that heat from his speed causes fire.
Manga version only: Would get Gas manipulation with the Supergun (emits a deadly gas), paralysis manipulation (While it couldn't kill her, paralyzed a mythos cyborg, Helena with Gas), and explosion manipulation (Supergun often causes things to explode) and disguise/stealth manipulation (knows ninja arts from reading ninja manga)
1979 and 2001 version: Get sleep inducement with the Supergun (both versions of the Supergun have a sleep beam)
1979 version only: Has Instinctive Reaction (because of his upgrades, can pilot war machines without consciously thinking about it, as if his hands are moving by themselves) Note: While he can do the piloting in every version, this is the only one that explictly states it's part of his upgrades
2001 version only: Has Ice/cold manipulation with the Supergun (Supergun Freezer mode freezes the flames of a flying super tank) and social influencing (convinced 003 to calm down and wear a qipao she hates with a smile and two sentences)
Call of Justice only has: Time Manipulation and Time Travel (Reverses time to save 003, but some events can't be changed. Ran into the Future to find out how to beat The Emperor) and Dimensional Manipulation (Ran into another dimension to defeat The Emperor)
And the big one: Conclusion God's War.
Conclusion God's War has two versions. The 2003 version from the anime and the 2012 version from the manga, written by Jo Onedera. Both are based on Ishinomori's notes but go in vastly different directions. Obviously, they aren't canon to the main timeline (manga, 1979, 2001, Re:Cyborg/Call of Justice) but felt it would be wrong to leave them out.
The OVA version scales to the 2001 anime and the 2012 version uses designs from the anime, but is likely meant to scale to the manga.
God's War OVA version gets: Spacial manipulation, vibrational manipulation and deconstruction (Creates a space around him and accelerates the molecules of opponents of opponents to cause them to disintegrate) and a Psychic shield (blocks attacks from Himeko with a psychic shield while his psychic powers were awakening)
The manga version instead gets Teleportation ( can teleport past any barrier, and into space), the psychic shield which resists attacks from Himeko, and Regeneration (regenerates from being turned into "nothing but DNA Mist in the atmosphere)
