Cyborg 009 continuity and feats

I just fixed up the sandbox's Power and Ability section a little.

Also, the Tier and AP sections don't match. Which is accurate?
 
The AP also isn't divided into keys.

Also, what's that massive speed stat based on? The FTL calculation isn't accepted, to say nothing of the Immeasurable part.

I will fix that.

The original calculation is from the old page which was before calcs were so hardcore on the accepted/denied page and is in the current page so I left it alone.

I will get the immeasurable part accepted or rejected, thank you.

For the old calc, do I need to get it reaccepted or can it stay as it was part of the original page before I even started doing my revisions?
