As it is said in the video below, if the flash does not reach mach 20 in 2 minutes, it will destroy the world and most importantl



As we can see in the video below, after the flash started to run, cities around the world began to take damage. earthquakes, storms and tsunamis began to occur and according to the team flash team, if thawn can't catch barry in 90 seconds, the world will be destroyed.



ie flash possible should be upgraded to 5-b or 5-B tier

New Ability and New Equipment

Chester created a pair of Golden Boots from a piece of tech made by Ray Palmer 10 years in the future called the Particle Eradication Distributor which is designed to redirect energy and as stated by Damien Darhk can destroy any type of matter. When tied to Darhk's Time Stone it was able to erase multiple irregularities in the timeline and restore time to it original flow.

Barry used these golden boots to redirect the flame of py'tar back at despero in order to both defeat him and disconnect him from the flame.

What do those flames do? Wouldn't reflecting the attack back at him hurt him instead of power nulling?

So, a few issues I see with the AP:

irst off, this seems to be the end of the world as in the end of humanity. From what I could tell there’s no clear . So instead of 5-B it would probably be high 6-A based on DMUA’s calcs for causing planetary scale earthquakes, and the fact that actually ending the world would probably be around a mercalli scale 9-10 (equivalent to magnitude 7-8) or higher.

Second: Barry states that this is actually an effect of the pressure on the Earth’s core, Team Flash also say this is the globe tearing itself apart, so this indicates this is the result of some sort of chain reaction with his steps and/or speed wake putting pressure on the core that’s causing everything. So this would likely be environmental destruction.

Third: This is something achieved over time. If it is environmental destruction then this would just need to be listed as over time, with prep, or something to that effect. If it’s decided to be his actual AP he should be given a varies rating depending on the distance he has to accelerate.
