CW Gypsy Revision

I’m hoping this will be a quick revision, I don’t want to acknowledge the CW any more than I have to

Gypsy’s Attack Potency description is:

At least Street level (Lifted Barry Allen several feet off the ground), likely Small City level (Could fight Season 3 Flash and Wally West)

Do you see the problem here? The justification for her 9-C Attack Potency is lifting someone.

So, unless there’s another reason for her to have that 9-C stat, it needs to go, and Gypsy should just be Low 7-B.

Agreed, just have her at Low 7-B.

She probably has that because she’s meant to be mostly even with Cisco who more frequently leans into the range of normal humans (at least physically) than low 7-Bs… though I don’t remember if Cisco actually hit her in their fight.

dura-wise you could make an argument for 9-C Cisco, AP-wise not really (with his blasts anyways).
