Cursed Energy is not made out of negative emotions—it is just emanated when humans experience negative emotions. Hell, Jujutsu Sorcerers can generate and wield Cursed Energy even when they are not embracing negative emotions. The two are not the same thing.

I mean Chainsaw man destroying concepts only qualifies for type 3(the concept chainsaw man destroyed are erased from history as well and one of the destroyed concept is universally applicable too it's equivalent to the concept of death) than how does that qualifies as type 2
