Anyway, I think George actually takes this. The Gun is a big advantage, but it's said that Frank has poor skill with it, and he may not not hit a small monkey from distance (they start hundreds of meters apart).

In a physical confrontation Frank may knock out him, but monkes are still strong and tend to bite and rip and maybe even punch, and I think that due to George's small size it would jump over Frank and screw him.
George is also faster and has higher LS and stamina.

I also noticed that George is outdated, as he scales to real monkes and said monkes have been downgraded to 10-A.
I'll make a weird CRT for that, but the fight stays the same, it's not a stomp.

Yes, 10-A+ is not in stomping distance from 9-C, they still hurt each other without being stomped and btìoth have advantages and disadvantages.

I made the CRT for the sake of transparency, but I don't know, maybe it's really superfluous.

George should be downgraded further as he's a very young and small chimp and would likely not even be 10-B. Either way George also has a very peaceful personality so I doubt he'd do too well in a fight

I don't think so, he's willing to kill but he still doesn't have the right mindset for it. He might be 10-B and not 10-C tho, either way this is fairly stompy.

i made a calc that brought him up to 9-B. someone accepted it, but someone else pointed out an error with george's height, so i redid the calc. this revised calculation would make him 9-C instead. the profile was to stay at 9-B until the revision was accepted, but someone made a mistake and changed it to 9-C before that could happen. afterwards, the staff agreed on leaving george at 9-C until someone evaluated the calc.

Can you link this calculation then? It kinda seems you're trying to stall out revisions and abusing the generosity of the staff to keep a bad profile as is for misleading statistics purposes otherwise.
Also, it's generally a bad idea to make a versus thread when one of the participants is in CRT hiatus, especially if the outcome can turn the match obsolete.

don't try to guess my intentions. from what i've seen, it's a really good way of being wrong. i know this may be shocking, but i'm not some ******* mustache-twirling villain, nor am i cunning enough to manipulate the staff.
