Cuphead vs Adora (Bloons)

Oh I guess I should have stated as such. I was thinking 9-B, but if 9-A is more fair we can do that as well.

Gonna go with 9-B since Bloons'll be going under CRT soon which'll be affecting some of the MOAB shit
Early Game Cuphead is at 2,588,556 Joules and Level 1-7 Adora is at 1,910,388.588 joules
So, Adora barely fires more shots (x9 per second) than Cuphead (outside of the Spread Shot (x21 per second) which requires getting in close) and https://youtu.be/RodFH5W9wuA?t=154]has far better homing capabilities than Cuphead's.
Aside from that, I'm not really sure what Adora can do. Her teleportation isn't something that can really be spammed and we don't really know how adept monkeys are at dodging, whereas Cuphead has his Smoke Bomb which will be damn useful, but isn't a guaranteed win given Adora's projectiles can travel quite far before disappearing.

How does getting exp work is she able to level up.

If she gets enough XP though killing enemies or sacrificing allies then she levels up, yes. Heroes also gain XP just for being active at the end of a round
