Well she does have a higher AP, I'd say Cujo could take at least 1 hit
Given Cindy's hands are blunt not sharp, meaning even if she does scale from RAT who is on par with a bear, she likely wouldn't be able to do the same damage in one hit as RAT can do with his exposed endo, witch I believe would be more powerfull than Cindy's suit witch appers to be made of slimer material to the Toy animatronics, that being some kind of plastic
