Sougo doesnt seem to resist Law, quantum and Soul manip. Crota FRA since those are tagged into all of his attacks.

He has this guy's power, which is NLF made into a character (dude can set his stat to however he wants, and can get any abilities at a thought)

Well, again. Sougo profile is nowhere near finished.
Hyper Muteki have law hax invul tag on it and also type 5, not sure he regen negate through it.

How strong are his resistances? Because those haxs are common in Destiny and Crota is pretty much invicible in the game.

Destiny's 2-B is from Solar System being a multiverse consist of 3 trillion of timelines right ? (it was what stated in Oryx's profile)
While Sougo's best feat was complete destruction of Kamen rider multiverse, which has as many timelines as the number of cells in a human body....which arcodding to this, an average human body has...32 trillion cells
and if we follow the arithmetic calculation, we get 70 trillion of cells as the result !

it's implied that he can bring the other riders powers to his level as well. This was shown in Oma Zio vs Grand Zio fight, when Oma summoned Kamen rider Drive (a 5-C fighter), Drive was able to curbstomped Grand Zio (a 4-B fighter). So he maybe can change the potency of the riders powers like how he limit his own power to not kill his younger self. So yeah, 2-B Hyper Muteki invincibility is could be a thing.

You should take a look to the sword logic page:
Resistances: Extreme might in the Sword Logic often impedes any sort of harm from lesser beings, given the nature of Destiny this results in a lot of resistances. This can range from the relatively modest, like The Warpriest being immune to any Guardian ability until he is surpassed in the Sword Logic, to Oryx, the Taken Kingand his resistance to nearly every ability in Destiny.

the same goes for sougo as well. but as the other has said, sougo's ohma key is pretty incomplete right now so it's not really a good idea to use it as it is currently
