Cross-Verse question: How does psychic energy compare to magic from other verses?

I am just curious about how the two interact with each other if neither verse has made a distinction between the two. If a character in a verse has control over psychic energy were to be put into a verse were magic is present, not psychic energy, or vice versa, would this character be able to control the energy from the opposing verse? To put it into practice, would a High Templar be able to kill a magic user with Feedback provided there is no differentiation made between the two in either verse, or would Feedback not effect any magic user, only psychics? Thank you ahead of time for any info and/or insight.

That more or less has to be discussed for every verse separately depending on whether the concept behind the powers is compatible to a sufficient extent.

Usually wether that is assumed to be equalised or not should in a vs thread be specified by the one who made it (in cases were it is relevant) or if it isn't should be discussed in the thread on case by case basis, based on what is fair and if it makes sense, given the mechanics of the abilities, to assume them similar.
