As you can see, magicians utilize their 'Cad' as a means of casting magic (Activation Sequencs), which will create Magic sequences generated by the magician's 'Psion', which will then overwrite the 'Eidos' (Information body), which will create new natural phenomena, because the 'Eidos' itself is the information body and the world that covers (records) every existing event (phenomena).

The full details have been explained in the novel series (Although I think the Glossary and keywords that come from the official, are enough proof).

The activation sequence is a magic blueprint, a program that directs the construction of the magic ritual. After expansion, the activation sequence is expanded and read by the magic processing area in the subconscious and variables such as coordinates, output, and duration are inputted, the results are inputted with the activation sequence and the magic ritual is completed.

The completed magic ritual is taken from the operating area of the subconscious and transferred to the lowest level of the subconscious, the 'root', of the area between the conscious and subconscious, called the 'gate', where it can be projected to the outside world, as a magic ritual project with the target 'event information' - in modern magic studies, this is named 'Eidos' from Greek philosophy, and refers to the event where the information of the target is temporarily overwritten. Information is related to events. If the information is rewritten, the event will be rewritten. Due to the nature of phenomena written in Psions, this modification will result in real-world events being temporarily modified as well.

This is the magic system under the use of CAD. The speed with which Psions are written is the processing power of magic, the scale on which they can be built is the capacity of magic, and the power with which magic rituals can rewrite Eidos is the power of interference. At present, these three things are comprehensively called magic power.

Even the blueprint for magic rituals, the activation sequence, is a type of Psion. However, the activation sequence alone cannot affect reality. Psions processed by the user will only be scrambled and then return again. Generally speaking, this is the function of CADs, to take the Psions originally provided by the activation circuit, and mold them into Psions that the magician can use to rewrite phenomena: ritual magic.

Tatsuya Shiba has 'what' is called 'backup core eidos', with which he can restore the 'cire eidos' he has.

Unlike ordinary magicians who utilize their 'Cad' in overwriting 'Eidos' with 'Magic sequences'. Tatsuya Shiba had an ability called 'Decomposition', this was a type of ability that allowed Tatsuya Shiba to manipulate 'Eidos' directly, which allowed him to;

• Erase magic activation sequences.
• Turn physical things into 'signals'
• Transform the physical body (existence) into 'Eidos' (Root), and
• Rewrite one's 'Eidos'.

No one came to ambush.

So the opponent has realized to divide his troops, Tatsuya thought.

To Tatsuya, who could easily detect his surroundings, ambushes were meaningless.

In the next room, the remaining ten members of the terrorist cell were waiting for him.

Tatsuya pulled the trigger of his CAD from the other side of the wall.

Physical barriers were no obstacle to magic.

Tatsuya could only freely manipulate two Magics. The first was "Decomposition", which was capable of destroying assault rifles into Psions.

The panicked voice sounded again.

Relying on his sensor ability, his magic was able to dismantle not only the Magic Circuit, but also the Activation Circuit. It was a side effect of a completely different magic.

As long as it was an object, Tatsuya could translate physical objects into signals, and then rewrite or erase the basic design as he wished.

If it was an Information Body, then he could directly disassemble the design.
