Why doesn't this one have a Tori-Bot profile?

He is mentioned several times as being above the entire Dragon Ball multiverse.
, besides appearing in all anime, manga, and games, what else do you want not to consider him being more part of the Dragon Ball multiverse?

yes you can,don't forget to add omniscience because of zuno and omnipresence because he's everywhere, including in the notes
