Courage the cowardly dog vs Scooby doo.

Cowardly dogs who deal with the super natural.

Cenario 1:

Random encounter, basic arsanal, takes place in the middle of nowhere.

Cenario 2:

Prep, full arsanal, takes place in a town Scooby is familiar with.

He doesn't. Someone should calc the Heat Transfer from that one lobster mech boss in First Fright and also the fact he's been shot out of a ship's cannon and back to the front of the Manor in Night of 100 Frights. There's also clouds that can produce lightning that we could get a good speed for if we do something a la that one Mario calc. He can also dislodge fairly big rocks in that same game. In First Frights, there's also a sorceress that casually blows up a significant portion of the castle with the snap of her fingers.

Besides the games, there's the comics (specifically Team-Up and Apocalypse) where they gain lots of equipment thats likely not standard and also are shown to be able to dodge and outrun some DC heros and villains. Apocalypse gives Scrappy Doo, who Scooby should be comparable to, a small building level feat by tankimg a huge monster that could crush your average house exploding in his face.

In terms of main series canon, well, Samurai Sword could offer decent feats and so can the rest of the movies tbh. In the shows, they mostly deal with people in constumes but I've heard A Pup Named Scooby Doo, Shaggy and Scooby Doo Get a Clue, and the 13 Ghosts series offer pretty decent feats.

In general, I think Wall to Small Building level is fairly consistent across most platforms, with Superhuman speed being mainly consistent, though a scared Shaggy and Scooby were able to smack into Gorilla Grodd quicker than he could react (even though it hurt them), something the Flash (who showed a MHS+ feat in the same comic) couldn't do.

Given recent upgrades, isn't this spite now unless we count the gag feat? And even then, with speed and hax alone, shouldn't Scooby just wreck Courage?

No Courage will still stomp Scooby because he's more faster than him and has better strength and durability.

That relies on a scream that only happened when he was extremely fatigued and drained. It's also a "gag feat"

Scooby is more likely to pop a snack that'll only increase his more natural AP and durability advantage even more before Courage resorts to a one-time scream that later on only destroyed the house at best.

Courage has the reactions, but Scooby has the travel speed to potentially blitz. Lest we forget his resistances and hax that conpletely dwarfs and almost entirely copies Courage's abilities amyways.

Courage has the ability to one-shot, but even when sufficiently angry, he doesn't use a sun-shattering scream that literally only happened once, and the Sun still existed after it anyways. He only has the natural reaction speed/combat speed advantage at the start until the FTL-granting Snack comes in, and the KE of a Great Dane moving at relativistic speeds alone is in the MCB to Town level range.

Courage did have access to a bone that kinda controls dogs as well as a gun that could transmutate and vaporize others, but whether that's standard equipment or not is up to interpretation. And given the Toonforce that Scooby has, mixed with his durability and the feats of durability he's had, it's arguable if those could actually sufficiently end the fight.
