Could this be considered real lightning?

I am deciding to make profiles for Realm of the Mad God (Some random game I have got back to playing), and so I searched the wiki to see if there's any speed feat until I found this .

You may ask "What does this have to do with lightning", well:

During the fight against the ghost ship, it starts summoning clouds that take a small frame of time form over the water, which starts firing off lightning bolts in multiple directions at once .

I'm not sure if it is real lightning, the clouds form over water and it's CTG (or CTO, I'm not sure).

I think that it can be considered a real lightning, given that it comes from a cloud
