She can't see cursed spirits (she can sorta sense them due to her EP but that is not enough here) she has no resistence to CE which can cause people to just drop dead and DE's will cause quite a bit of damage without even considering CE effects. She kills any physical entity like sukuna or toji due to her massive speed advantage and since she can see them has over 10 times the AP of the strongest of them (sukuna) she just blitzes and one shots them

But cursed spirits kinda end her.
