It's been a while but I wanted to give my two cents to this. They are incredibly close in strength and power level, with the speed being equal in this case it is even closer. With Clayface being poisonous to the touch it does tilt in his favor, and although Corvo (debateably) has better powers, clayface has power mimicry. But (correct me if I am wrong) that doesn't carry over to Corvos items. With that in mind I think Corvo could theoretically win. I think if just the speed difference was in play then Clayface would win, but without it I think it would just barely be Corvo.
