Corvo's Time abilities to my knowledge are far more OP than any time ability Kassandra can think to spam, also Kassandra hasn't exactly shown resistance to other people's time-stopping abilities. There was originally a plan to replace Ezio with Kassandra in the Corvo vs Ezio thread but turns out, Corvo's time abilities were too OP for both and Corvo has resistance to other time-based abilities.

Kassandra's time stop bends time around her to allows her to float in the air while enemies are slowed, but Corvo's timestop allows him to go Dio on people.
So voting Corvo for being OP.
