And keep in mind this was with some very rough math, as Woody's apparently 15.18 inches tall (And combined with better conversion to centimeters, and the requisite doubled height) or 0.000771144 Kilometers and using that with the equation gets 87.4 Kilojoules
 
Super late but....

Apparently Buzz's rocket does make a whistle sound when it's about to explode. So that's that.
 
What does that whistle thing even have to do with this?

Cool Cat still should have won. If he's skilled enough to get a black belt in karate, he's probably skilled enough to dodge a mindless rocket going at his speed.
