Cookie Run CRT: The Latest Addition to the Low 1-C Crew...?

Oh yeah.

2-A Low 1-C Upgrade

The Lunar Compendium states that the World of Dreams contains a countless amount of dreams, and dreams are also stated to have no beginning or end twice, being connected to one another by The Railroad of Endless Dreams (which is also stated to be endless).
Dreams are visions of other universes, and The Exploration of Dreams Ch.5 even mentions the Sugar Swan by name in an example of such a dream, suggesting that a dream is a structure of similar size to the cosmology of the verse itself if the Sugar Swan is present within them. This is later shown to directly be the case with the entirety of Stardust Cookie's Sorrow, showing what The Exploration of Dreams Ch.5 implied in full detail and with Stardust Cookie referring to the cosmology of the verse as the "Universe".

As dreams are countless in number and endlessly large in size, with the roads that connect dreams being endlessly long (thus making "endless" in the context of a dream's size synonymous with the wiki's definition of infinite), with a singular dream being parallel to the the cosmology's size due to the presence of the Sugar Swan and the creation of the Cookie World both being an event seen in real-time, in a dream... this should mean that the addition of an infinite amount of infinitely-sized universes into the cosmology would make the verse 2-A, as Dark Enchantress Cookie scales to it.
Scratch that; due to points established later on in the thread, all Cookies would scale to Low 1-C instead. Moonlight Cookie's power sustains the World of Dreams, and Dark Enchantress Cookie is demonstrably superior to her.

Soul Jams and Ancient Heroes

All Soul Jam users (The Five) gain the following:

Life Manipulation: Due to Soul Jams being made of Life Powder, being compared to the very energy of life.
Status Effect Inducement: The shockwaves emitted from a clash between Hollyberry and Dark Cacao Cookie's Soul Jams rendered Wildberry Cookie unable to open his eyes and Crunchy Chip Cookie barely able to move
Subjective Reality and possibly Information Analysis: Golden Cheese Cookie created a virtual reality where everything exists the way she wishes it to be. Time is permanently stopped there, and GingerBrave assumes that the only way she could've created a world like this is if her Soul Jam knew about the hopes and wishes of the Cookies living there
Fusionism: Smoked Cheese Cookie fused Golden Cheese Cookie's virtual reality with the real world using her Soul Jam, bringing the residents of the virtual reality into existence
Some Kind of Weird Fate or History Manipulation, I Don't Know: The Soul Jams house within them the very truth of the Ancient Heroes's lives, and obliterating them would undo everything that brought them to the present and made them who they are. Despite this, the Soul Jams were shattered in the prologue of the game, and the Ancient Heroes came back from it, giving them High-Godly regeneration in addition to this due to returning after their history was erased
Resistance to Information Analysis: As Strawberry Crepe Cookie was unable to analyze them due to an overwhelming power frying his systems

The Ancient Heroes can also venture into the continent of Beast-Yeast, which operates under different laws compared to the rest of the Cookie World that make it inaccessible to everyone except them, the Cookies of Darkness and the monsters that live there. I don't know what this grants, however

Sugar Swan and Dark Enchantress Cookie

Sugar Swan

All of the common abilities of Cookies: As the Sugar Swan has now been proven to be able to turn itself into a Cookie, it gains all abilities granted by Treasures, Pets, Invocation Cards, Cookie Cutters, etc. Also the Sugar Swan's gender gets changed to Female, no longer being referred to as "it" after becoming a Cookie.

New Addition: Nonduality (Type 1; exists unbound by Nature, a dual system, as its creator)

Dark Enchantress Cookie

All of the abilities of the Sugar Swan: Chaos Incarnate Dark Enchantress Cookie hails from a timeline where she won and succeeded in all of her goals, and one such goal is obtaining the Sugar Swan's power. This should give her all of the innate abilities of the Sugar Swan in addition to CM1 and Life Manipulation, due to her status as a Legendary Cookie (explained below) and being directly able to tamper with the balance of Nature, manipulating it so that she is able to concentrate Life Energy into a single point

Reactive Evolution: In the prologue of Kingdom, she was attacked by Pure Vanilla Cookie's Crescent Moon Magic, which was intended to have the effect of sealing her into an interdimensional void. She used the Power Absorption aspect of her Black Magic to counter with a beam of her own, eventually leading up to Pure Vanilla Cookie being sealed into the void and not her, despite the both of them being enveloped in the spell before it exploded and sent Pure Vanilla Cookie to the interdimensional void in place of her.

In essence, Dark Enchantress Cookie built up a resistance to Pure Vanilla Cookie's Crescent Moon Magic as soon as she was attacked by it and ended up reversing the effect on him within seconds, despite having never been described to have been a user of Dark Moon Magic before.

Legendary Cookies

Dark Enchantress Cookie, Fire Spirit Cookie, Moonlight Cookie, Sea Fairy Cookie, Wind Archer Cookie and Frost Queen Cookie (whose page is to be created. This does NOT include Timekeeper Cookie, Energy Drink Cookie or the Dragons, despite their classification as Legendary Cookies) gain the following:

Abstract Existence (Type 1): Frost Queen Cookie and the other Legendary Cookies are one with nature, their powers coming from it and their physical forms being avatars. Nature, in the Cookie Run verse, is a metaphysical entity that creates the laws and fundamental principles that fuel the world, allowing it to continue to exist, and is also described to be a divine balance, with things like the feeling of coldness and warmth coexisting. Another facet of Nature, referred to as the Source, is a cycle that causes people to return to Nature and reincarnate into a new being

Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1): Due to the newfound information of Nature and the Source, all Legendary Cookies gain Conceptual Manipulation for being one with Nature, a type 1 concept

New Addition: Nonduality (Type 2): Due to the aforementioned new points brought up, with Nature being shown to operate on a dual system and the Legendary Cookies being one with it Scrapped, as the Legendary Cookies are not unbound by Nature

Moonlight Cookie

Omnipresence: Embodies the World of Dreams, which would include the Nature of Existence, which exists both everywhere and nowhere

Dragons

Spatial Manipulation: As they can rip the fabric of space apart

Verse-wide

All Cookies with Magic Candies (Everyone currently on the wiki except for Pastry Cookie and Princess Cookie) gain inferior versions of the abilities of the Soul Jams listed above as Magic Candies are compressed, new forms of Soul Jams that still resonate with the wielder's soul

Resistance to Soul Manipulation: As Soulstones are fragments of a Cookie's soul (scroll to Soulstone Description, every Cookie has one of these), to fully affect a Cookie's soul would need one to affect all of their individual soulstones, of which there are 290

The Nature of Existence and The Player

The Nature of Existence is described as a place of bare Truth, and a reality existing both everywhere and nowhere. Car?rot?, an entity residing within the Nature of Existence, sees talking, speaking, words, etcetera as code; ones and zeroes, and when questioned by Cookie?, an unknown member of GingerBrave's party (most likely GingerBrave himself, given the Cookie's manner of speaking), about what the Nature of Existence actually was, Car?rot? replied to the Cookie saying that it was where they "started", with Glass Half Full continuing that this was the true beginning of the world, being a gray area composed of ones and zeroes. And that "developers" and "writers" shaped the world into Cookie Run: Kingdom.
Glass Half Full then continues to say that this world was created all for someone who would enjoy it, directly referring to the player of the game. Car?rot? then continues off of Glass Half Full, speaking directly to the Player to continue playing and that they were a part of the universe.

This would make the Player Low 1-C for seeing the entirety of the verse as fiction, and Car?rot? and Glass Half Full to have the same tier but with Data Manipulation, as they passively fluctuated the names of GingerBrave's party and changed their own names on a whim, giving them a similar degree of power over the Cookie World as words are the same ones and zeroes that make up the world. Glass Half Full is also implied to be the one that created the Somethings in the Middle of Rendering, primordial forms of Cookies without any texture or color.
No in-verse characters scale to the Player, Car?rot? or Glass Half Full. Nobody. Not even Chaos Incarnate Dark Enchantress Cookie or the Sugar Swan. The Player is far superior to Car?rot? and Glass Half Full, however, as they are still bound within the universe (but exist on a similar plane to, or possibly superior than, the Sugar Swan)

The Player should also have every Cookie in the game as Standard Equipment, as they directly pit them against other Players' Cookies in the Kingdom Arena. They should also gain the Summoning of Cookie Cutters, as that is the main method of obtaining Cookies that is canon in any capacity to the verse (as Chili Pepper Cookie was summoned through a Cookie Cutter). Some Cookies also recognize the Player, with GingerBrave regularly talking to them ever since LINE Cookie Run. In rare instances the Cookies speak while aware that the Player is on a higher realm compared to them, with Devil Cookie going as far as to taunt the Player and tell them to tap the screen again and see what happens when tapped on in the Kingdom and Squid Ink Cookie's trailer having GingerBrave call out to several Players for assistance in defeating the Giant Squid of the Deep Sea.

Addendum: The Player, Glass Half Full and Car?rot? are still Low 1-C even with the upgrade for Cookies, they just scale far above them since it's made pretty clear that Cookies are inferior to them in that whole sequence

Other

Another CRT will be made to apply all of the newly-created Treasures and Pets as hax for every Cookie, as well as a separate one later to update Squid Ink Cookie's Resistances due to Monster Resilience, which makes them passively immune to every Cookie skill, debuff, opposing stat buff and Treasure effect in the game.

Should the Sea fairy cookie be scaled up to the same level as the sugar swan?
Because it was confirmed to be celestial as well according to this feat.

I think they should be scaled evenly.

I think this is a matter for a different CRT. There's nothing else really implying the Legendaries being on the same level of authority as the Sugar Swan, considering that the Sugar Swan created Wind Archer Cookie

This message also serves as a BUMP!!!

Cool you're back. This means that I can kinda stop worrying about the funny cookie game and start worrying about bloons.
(No Abyss Monarch, but he doesn't scale to anyone yet anyways)(Also the player here cool)

Agree btw.

I love cookies so i agree

It's just a video promo for the game. Where the cookie invites players to help + it just refers to the developer's message that is sent to the player through the carrot story, which the developer mentioned about the first creation and only thanked the player (which is not canon).

And the canonicity of this is further expanded upon in the Nature of Existence with the canonization of the Player as an actual character. That specific point isn't meant to prove Low 1-C since the Nature of Existence's cutscene does that already. It's meant to prove that the Cookies acknowledge the Player as an entity. Devil Cookie's line already works well enough for that matter. Almost every Cookie in the game speaks directly to the Player with their lines in the Kingdom but not to the 4th wall breaking extent that Devil Cookie did

Car?rot? and Glass Half Full are, almost explicitly, not developers. They refer to the developers and writers as separate entities from themselves; saying "they" and not "we" and speaking of their motives and actions as if they aren't the ones participating in them. They also don't thank the player at all; they only tell them to keep playing because the developers made the game for the player to enjoy.

The fact that this scene is mandatory to view to progress through World 15 of the main story mode also sends mixed messages if it isn't canon; especially after the Nature of Existence is said straight-up to be a place of bare truth before entering it. I could understand if this was, like, a throwaway cutscene from a side mode that resulted in the Cookies waking up and saying "ohhh its just a weird dream we shared i guess none of that ever really happened haha!" but it isn't. It's a scene in the main story of the game that you need to view to progress because the level after the Nature of Existence inaccessible until you do.

If that's the case, the Sea Fairy who blessed the black pearl until its power reached legendary. So, she should be on par with the sugar swan and had mention about she is celestial.

I'll deal with Sea Fairy being a Celestial later, but note that the CRK Wiki didn't source that claim for Sea Fairy Cookie and the second image may be a mistranslation, since Celestials don't exist in CROB as they weren't a concept until CRK. The Sugar Swan was just known as a deity before then
