Things we need to change here before applications..
Sugar Swan:

Omnipresence: Is described to be the Nature of all things, the balance of the world, incarnating Nature including time (Millenial trees concept) and space (technically stormbringers concept) As they are all laws of nature. Everything that exists is but a law of nature. (this is known for numerous reasons provided) Meaning she exists across all time and space. I also addressed the how world is in reference to the cosmology. And how when Nature was tampered the entire Cookie World was in danger.. (which is how they refer to the verse) I also addressed Sugar Swans whole thing here.
Large Size Type 10: Sugar Swan views universes akin to a single grain of sugar.. (world as in universe.. since shes larger than the Paradise which holds Galaxy Lake which holds countless stars and planets from this we can know each grain of sugar is = a universe) Views the cosmology as a Tea Set.
She would get Concept Manip (Type 1): all concepts since Nature holds all the fundamnetal principles.. time, space, dreams, fire, wind, etc. Everythign that exists in the verse is laws that weave the world. I discussed how this extends to all dualities.
Also Moonlight has omnipresence.. and her powers come from the Sugar Swan.
