Controlling a Large Planet-sized Universe

I assume that destroying all the matter in a large planet-sized universe would count as tier 5-A, and destroying the universe itself would still count as Low 2-C since it still requires the destruction of 4-dimensional space-time.

So what about controlling a large planet-sized universe? Is that reality warping at tier 5-A, or is it higher?
 
Probably tier 5-A.
