Which key of Vilgax. Base form or AntiVilgax also what's the AP.

OP never answered, so I am going to assume that this is Anti-Vilgax as that's his highest 5C key.
On that note, I see Megatron taking this. He has better intelligence and is far smarter, is way stronger (328 Exatons vs 58.48 Exatons/175.44 Exatons), is a better martial artist with a much bigger arsenal and has a few hax abilities that allow him to take the win (such as the Antimatter which would be a definite win-con).

Vilgax already in the show was defeated by BFR/Portal as he was sent to another dimension and trapped there.
Megatron also seems to have this ability along with Supernatural Willpower, Spatial Manip.
Considering the fact Vilgax has no Wincon and no defense whatsoever against Portals at all, doesn't that make this a stomp?

Anti-Vilgax does have a few hax abilities that could grant him the win such as Tech-Manip, but Megatron just takes this more often than not.

I mean tech manip is kinda iffy considering Megatron is by no means regular technology.
But I think Megatron should take this. He more often than not goes for range attacks as a start, and his overwhelming heat + AP advantage should mean that he should down Vilgax in a short amount of time. Megatron keeping at a range is also help with his superior stamina, as he'd easily beat Vilgax in a battle of attrition.
And if they come to close combat, Megatron's far greater combat and tactical experience should allow him to overwhelm Vilgax. Vilgax maybe smarter when it comes to science, but doesn't really have much showing when it comes to his combat skills, compared to Megatron that is.
Vilgax could gain an advantage if he tries to grapple Megatron, but Idk how in character grappling is for Vilgax, and Megatron could simply negate this by keeping himself at a range, potentially use forcefields to try guard himself, or if push comes to shove, kill Vilgax with Anti-Matter as a last resort. And given the size difference, I don't think grappling is gonna work a lot, especially given Megatron's immortality type 2, he can definitely survive getting ripped in some areas.
It's a bit complicated, but simply put, his BFR is absolutely not combat applicable.

Vilgax is a ranged attacker and uses his Lazer beams and Tentacles to ragdoll opponents. Considering the fact due to size difference and grappling not working on him, Vilgax isn't winning this. Megatron has better arsenal.
