tbf his constellations-halting feat and his gravity arrows are the same type of magic, and if he can halt stars that are orbiting the center of the galaxy at hundreds of kilometers a second and can launch himself into orbit, I see no reason why he couldn't have the range with arrows to take potshots at Remina. Better yet he could just rip hundreds of stars out of their orbital paths and overwhelm her with more stats than she can consume at once. After all, while she is huge and can destroy stars, she's still far smaller than even the sun.
(Ik the match is long since concluded, I just wanted to envision an outcome more exciting than Radahn just big-brothering Remina by holding her helplessly out of range for several millennia)
