Im using 8-C since this is the strongest version of him where the virus can still win, through I'm don't remember how coco capability at this point other than he will have his own Composite Virus in his next key, so virus start inside him and no outside help for both of them. Who ded?

I'd say that the virus's Adaptation + immune system breaking would allow it to outpace Coco's resistance to poison.

-By injecting a tiny potion of poison to various poisoned creatures for a long time(this is 9-A coco)
