Stalemate, there's nothing in Ant's arsenal capable of killing Tree with that durability, but I don't think Tree has any way of catching Ant, 0.36576 m/s is pretty fast.

Combat worthy feat is relative. A guy running at 11 m/s isn't a combat worthy feat for FTL+ planet busters, but it is for Peak Humans 9-Cs. 10 centimeters per day would be quite fast for microscopic stuff.
