Is a profile about a fictional character that does not belong to you allowed?

Let's say, for example, that I make a profile of Composite Batman with all his achievements in all versions. Or I make a profile about a random version of Spider-Man that I authored. Could I do that?

1st Question, yes, just be thorough in making it clear you do not own the character.
Composite Batman probably a no.
OC Spider-Man is fine.
