Underwater Breathing with scuba gear, Self-Sustenance (Type 1; with spacesuit), don't know what abilities hazmat suits grant, gas masks and other types of suits of course could provide resistances to poisonous gas and contamination. I can find jetpack vids so maybe flight as well. There have been experimental optical camoflauge cloaks being developed in the lab and demonstrated.

Bull was kinda tamed, and the neck ain't as strong as the body.

I believe Louis Cyr's variant might be a dura and lifting strength feat rather than AP itself.

Table feat might be quantifiable, car door, not so much.

I cannot find any source where Mas Oyama broke a bulls neck. Just looking as his wikipedia, most of his bull fights were exagerated and just wrestled the bulls to the ground. Wrestling bulls isn't even that crazy of a feat and is commonly seen in rodeos.

Mas Oyama hit behind the horns, which is a weaker part of the horn. Not only that, the handlers of the bulls would hit the horns with a hammer to weaken it.
