Molecular regen is not enough Surfer can atomize opponents completely and can shrink to the size of a quark.

Godzilla have some sub-atomic regen feats actually, in The Half-Century War it is able to regenerate after being deleted by a dimensional tide, I mean that Godzilla is able to regenerate itself. Andin A Space Godzilla story it regenerates after having the body completely disintegrated in a warp. If you want, you can present feats and even HAX for Silver Surfer, since I saw that you only spoke without proving anything.

Anyway, Godzilla can simply send Silver Surfer to another completely distorted universe via reality warping. If you want more feats, just ask for me.

What low godly? I don't see any on his profile. And disintegration is simply Mid-High, it has to be on atomic level to be High. Surfer can transmute Godzilla into hydogrogen gas and absorb him.
