Yeah and we treat it differently from AP. Absolute zero is the theoretical complete absence of thermal energy, which according to your logic is 0 J, yet most characters would literally crumble into atoms if they were exposed to it.

that doesnt matter, you should look at values they scale to, the difference even in the same tier can reach up to hundreds

Uzi is like, 255 times stronger or smth, while Mark is 1 387 727 times faster
Mark cant damage Uzi, Uzi can never touch Mark
