The 99th precinct was brought to Miami in order to help bring the Bay Harbour Butcher to justice

Rules:
Battle takes place in Miami
Dexters win cons are either evading capture or killing all of the 99th precinct
The 99's win cons are killing or capturing Dexter
Both sides have access to any equipment they might need
Battle takes place during the events of season 2 of Dexter
SBA for everything else

Don’t count this as a vote for B99, I haven’t seen Dexter so anything I say below can be countered.
I imagine Jake being the one solve that Dexter is Bay Harbour Butcher first with just a hunch and very few evidence everyone doubting him (Except Holt maybe) but nonetheless onboard with him, Dexter notices this and captures Jake but this would probably confirm everyone else’s suspicion about Dexter being the Bay Harbour Butcher and that point B99 would jump him

I don't see them catching dexter. There investigative skills are no where near the nessearcy level to catch him. They also all would lose in any sort of combat if they got close and had a confrontation.
