No. Because

A. Standard Battles Assumptions dictate no prior knowledge of the combatant and

B. During matches between Real Life and Fiction, both characters are assumed to be on the same plain of existence. Hence Metal Gear wouldn't be a video game to Composite Human.

As others have stated, Composite Human is immensely skilled in every martial art, most of which can get pretty freaking brutal. He can wrestle Armstrong to the ground and tear out his eyes, disabling him harshly.
