Round 1: Pretty sure Cole one shot because of the enormous scaling chain he has (ridiculously higher then 28 megatons).

Round 2: Same deal as R1, but Ugly's regen and mutation may be able to keep him in the game a little longer. But it's more likely that Cole either obliterates with Lightning Storm or just amps himself and kills him before Ugly can overwhelm him.

Round 3: Cole is actually coming with the perfect arsenal to take on Melzalgad. Electricity conducts throughout the entire body when people are struck by it. So all Cole has to do is land an attack with Overload Burst, lightning surges throughout Mel's body, striking his marbles, GG.
