Also, where is Schneizel? I hope writers able to give reasonable justification(s) for antagonists become successful while Schneizel, Kaguya and Xingke (he is most likely death) supporting the world peace.

It's a Sequel the Code Geass movie trilogy which is an abridged version of the Series that changes stuff and cuts a lot of stuff out.

I don't know how many know this but in R1 stage 5, Suzaku killing Lelouch foreshadowed when Lelouch took the white knight (represents Suzaku from the R1 stage 2) to knock over the Black King (Lelouch) and adding their conversation it probably foreshadowed the ZR imo.
