By default of course not, but if the CM 1 in question has been shown to be capable of this then why not, within what has been shown the CM can be capable of a lot.

It's fiction, everything is possible, you need to have proof of this happeing. You can't use "he has cm1 and so he can became ae" for an ae justification.
You need something like this:
AE type 1 (become a concept (type 1) via his own cm 1 + add scan of this happening)

I understand that you asked if someone can became ad AE with is own Cm1. Like turning himself into a concept. And the answer is this: it's fiction, so it is possible, and if you can prove it then the wiki doesn't have any objection.
