Even assuming the absolute lowest end for the Emperor, I don't think this is a fair fight.

Well, Cloud has an instant kill, some of The Emperor's abilities and a resistance to his soul and illusion hax.

The Emperor can control his entire physical form on a sub-atomic level, and his spiritual essence on an even more complex one. Dispelling powerful illusion hax is something psykers massively less potent than the Emperor could do, and soul hax is far from his only way of hurting Cloud.

Looking at both profiles, i don't see anything that Cloud has that he can do to GEoM even if we're using his low end tier, of which he's of "At least 4-B" status. He has precog, his time manipulation allows him to stop it, his regen from the looks of it is listed higher than Clouds, transmutation is likely not going to do jack if what Azzy said here is true of GEoM being able to control his body on such a level,and can apparently reality warp.

Really, is there anything Cloud can do here that gives him a chance, or should i just close this anyways?

Honestly, it's probably for the best. Horus already beat Sephiroth, and while Horus seriously damaged a GEoM who wasn't fighting back, a literally dying GEoM still one-shot him when he realized Horus needed to be stopped.
