Giygas doesn't have concept manip type 2 unlike Lavos which is gonna hurt him a lot, Lavos also can simply regenerate from void manip since he has Mid-Godly. Is Giygas mind manip 4-D?

Yeah Lavos mostly dominates the 5-A and sort of dominates the Low 2-C market. I will say that Giygas is pretty strong, just try not to make him fight those with Conceptual Manipulation Type 2, he's most likely gonna get stomped by them, hard. Nor those with Mid-Godly with resistance to 4-D mind manip.
