I'd probably say Pikachu. Sonic may able to outsmart it for a reasonable period of time but knowing Pikachu, It coukld inevitably paralyze Sonic and trample it with superior AP.

Pikachu has the superior AP of the two by quite an amount according to the profile which should be enough to injure Sonic rather badly or even fatally. Sonic's edge only might come from more experiences likely compared to a wild variant of Pikachu. If Pikachu let alone gets to inflict paralysis with Static, the win goes to Pikachu. Pikachu has the physical means of taking down Sonic so I'm going with Pikachu with this reasoning and the one above.

Sonic has amost no way to counter moves like Agility and Double Team, Thunder Shield could give him a sightly advantage but that's about it, so voting for Pikachu.
Now, if you unequalize speed this could be more interesting, but that's just my opinion.
