So
Basically the Giant scales to Class 100 due to the calc and anyone who is above him is the same.
Barb King upscales from Class 100 since he is a hero who is special and portrayed to be more powerful than Giants on average.
P.E.K.K.A. scales up to "At least Class 100" Barb because Barb King struggle to lift himself up while wearing armor forged from Pekka's armor plates.
We also know that Pekka's cannot be thrown away by spring traps and same goes for Barb King while Giants can get overpowered by it, this may be due to weight but physical weight plays a big role on LS as well and they would need to not get knocked over by the spring trap anyways. Barb king is also shown failing to resist the pull of the tornado trap while Pekka is barely affected by it.
Edit: I would also like to add an "at least" before the 8-B key of the giant because he took basically no damage from the 37 ton feat despite taking a direct hit. Literally all he did was rub his head a little as if he was slightly hurt by that but then gets up and has no issue whatsoever.
