First of all, the sanctuary in the Light Novel is stated to be infinitely vast, so I think it would be a High 3A level



And in the battle against Nelson, Cid used the I Am All Range Atomic to wipe out the entire Sanctuary.


So I think Cid will be at High 3A level and have Existence Erasure

So to me it just looks like he destroyed the core of the sanctuary and not the entirety causing it to be destroyed once the core was gone

The all range atomic couldnt have gone throughout the entire sanctuary because it literally says in the second scan that it targets a small area there seems to be a lot of context missing in between these two scans but i havent read the novel so i dont know what that contrxt is but i disagree with the thread for now

but yea it directly says this in the second scan that it only affects a small range and the first scan mentions a core which leads me to believe cid reached the core and used all range atomic which destroyed the sancturary
