Cicero Meets Big Boss

I mean, Cicero is actually an amazing assassin, but that's mother f*cking Big Boss. He out experiences, out skills, has better versatility (apparently the small revision never happened, so ignore that), better equipment, one shots because you didn't restrict his 8-B stuff, and has the lifting strength advantage. Even if the 8-B stuff was restricted, he skill stomps to hell and back.
