My vote is towards Chuck, because he has the ability to run, hit and back the ways he wants, and although Gargantuar is more powerful at a short distance, Chuck will hardly remain in a position to receive impacts.

Edit: I'm blind, I didn't see the equalized speed. In that case, I vote for Gargantuar FRA.
