Christmas match. Grinch vs Krampus

Krampus has come to Whoville. The Grinch (having redeemed himself) is intending to protect the who's. He has all of his blueprint devices except for the Marine Mobile. Battle is in Whoville. Speed is not equalized. Krampus can summon his minions, but if he does, the Grinch can call in help from Max (who is faster and more durable if considerably weaker and can potentially distract some of the minions). Win via killing the Grinch or the Grinch killing, disabling, or forcing Krampus to retreat.

I am having the starting distance be 50 feet. Krampus is clearly physically superior to the point that the Grinch must rely on shooting from a distance with his Rotten Egg Launcher and Slime Shooter. He can temporarily immobilize Krampus before pelting him with eggs and use the Grinch Copter to fly away and get more distance before attacking again. The biggest problem for him is the fact that he can't fly and shoot at the same time. He has to be quick with his guns because of the Krampus's minions and superior speed.

Damn 50 feet is a large distance is it not? Actually looking at it again...

Krampus: physically superior? Look I may be looking at the wrong profile lads or something outside my knowledge currently? Because Grinch on the other hand is literally WALL LEVEL+, PHYSICALLY. And I forgot to mention that Green Face can't be very easily incapped, like the guy only becomes irritable from every hit/explosives thus giving Grinchs rating he needs restraining Krampus for a good hit right?... Unless again, Krampus just Haxus via sealing or similar Dura neg and can tinker with time to an extent needing more elaboration (Now you know why I go into a bit more detail on a profile at times, context is more crucial then one would think).

But again Grinch has inventory to restrain then go for the kill, hell Grinch can even use his bad breath to incap the same way as Krampus surprisingly seems to not resist this? And Grinch seemingly had the AP advantage so he actually wins? Or Krampus reverses time or something, Like how does it work exactly??

Krampus may not have a plus sign added to the end of his 9-b rating like the Grinch, but comparing their strength feats, it's obvious Krampus is stronger. The Grinch can smash wooden crates and thick ice with his physical strength, while Krampus dented a chimney. Krampus is also much faster. The Grinch is more durable, but that's the only physical advantage he has. Apart from that, he would have to use his gadgets to win. He has to use his Slime Shooter to immobilize Krampus so he can pelt him with eggs until he breaks free. After that, Grinch must use his Copter to get to a safe distance and repeat the process until Krampus is disabled, killed, or forced to retreat.

Krampus has the physical strength and speed advantages, is more experienced, can summon an army of minions (all weaker than the Grinch but still capable of interfering with his attempts to fire upon their master), can negate durability by dropping Grinch down a portal to Hell (provided Grinch is unable to switch gadgets and activate his Copter in time, assuming Krampus or the minions do not simply remove/destroy the backpack he keeps his gadgets in), and can make flight more difficult for the Grinch by using his weather manipulation to cause strong blizzards that affect the Copter's ability.

Grinch has the superior durability and much better range, can temporarily immobilize Krampus and his minions, can fly with his Copter to get to safer distance (though it will become more difficult when Krampus starts using his weather abilities), is superior to all the minions, has the intelligence advantage, and can call on Max to distract the minions and Krampus.

As for how Krampus uses his powers, the time manipulation let him rewind time to bring his victims back to life. Presumably, it won't save him if he himself dies. He can open up portals to Hell and drop his victims down them and thus negate durability. His electricity manipulation allows him to switch off all electricity in the area by disabling the landlines, making weapons that have to be plugged in useless and leaving the area dark. His weather abilities as stated allow him to create blizzards and snowstorms. His ice manipulation seemingly allows him to freeze people into snowmen (would only cause the Grinch minor frostbite as he can break out of being frozen solid in snow with only minor showings of pain). His chains may be able to restrain the Grinch for a while, as he may require help from Max to escape, though even if he can't move, he can still defend himself with his weapons or bad breath.

I’m still unsure at the moment. While the Grinch has better calced strength feats and durability from extension [scaling to massive wall bust], Krampus still is the far faster opponent and he can use his powers to throw him through portals or even electrocute him. I don’t think Krampus could hurt him otherwise physically.
