Having worked tirelessly to undo Umbrella's horrid wrongdoings, Chris Redfield gets wind of Vought's crimes and prepares himself for another pharmaceutical takedown when Vought sends their best covert lapdog, Black Noir.

Both Chris and Noir's 9-A keys are used. Chris' heavy weaponry and explosives are restricted. Fight takes place in the woods but there's no one else present and neither Chris or Noir are aware of its layout but both know the other is there. Speed is equalized and SBA otherwise.

Redfield scales to 0.0237 tons while Noir is 0.0486 or 0.0575 so his AP is at least 2 times higher but Chris is more skilled, has higher LS, more versatile with herbs, and better weapons so he gets my vote.

Chris Redfield should easily dominate Black Noir, he surpasses him in skill, LS, and even experience. Chris is experienced in dealing with horrifying creatures arising from biological weapons, the vast majority of which physically outmatched him, and even some of the biological weapons were stronger than Black Noir. So he should know how to deal very well with the AP difference. He also has several gadgets that help him reduce the AP gap, such as damage reduction and stat amplification for Chris. Yes, I definitely vote for Chris.
