I would have to get some more info before voting since it has been a while since I watched HxH.
I think with my current understanding that Naruto would win though. He was capable of keeping up with and defeating a prodigy Hyuuga (Who have near 360 degree vision and absurd reflexes) even with all his chakra points sealed. Naruto can also use Kurama's lowest level chakra (albeit it takes time and is difficult to tap into) and is capable of creating upwards to 2000 clones (2k Barrage). To add further, if we go with standard tools Naruto has explosives, kunai and shuriken. He also has henge and subsititution which people tend to neglect.
Initial Kyuubi + 2k Clones + Insane durability/endurance (for his weight class) all puts Naruto up there in terms of his abilities to deal with people like Gon. It has to be understood that Gaara was already a like A-Class ninja by the chuunin exams who had slaughtered countless men and women yet Naruto and Sasuke could stand up to him even when Gaara was transforming.
