I'm here not for the match but for Naofumi. EE is not working on him due to his ressurection that revived him after being erased from existance on a conceptual level by Medea. And Naofumi can just lawhax to nullify all of Ogami's abilties.

So from what I can make of Rei's file, he uses gestures for his stuff. Glaistig Uaine on the other hand can use stuff from her shades on thinking, sometimes without even summoning them, somehow.
Glaistig Uaine is able to see powers in quite a bit of detail, and is also able to see alternate versions of reality with regards to what powers can do, and also just knows things about people in front of her that she just has no reason to know like that Taylor Hebert's dad died. Her power vision's let her see through entire cities. This is without her Thinkers, which let her get access to a wide variety of precog, danger sense, analysis, etc powers. She has Doormaker for easy portals to wherever.
With all this in mind, there seem to be several things Rei Ogami just isn't able to respond to, including:

- Doormakering in Clockblocker behind him for a touch, then touching him herself while he's stopped in time for a kill
- Using Eidolon to remove all the air, meaning fire can't burn and he chokes
- Using Eidolon/herself to spawn some High 6-A explosion inside of him
- Using Eidolon to remove his power
- Using Grue to remove his power
- Using Eidolon to spawn matter inside of him fatally
- Putting a doormaker portal below his feet and whisking him into some barren earth
- Doormakering herself out of his reach, returning all buffed up by her spirits and with Tinkertech
- On this route, Bakuda and Tinker 15 stand out in particular, with the former letting her just set off a nuke or more exotic sort of weapon while the latter's able to tinker up drone armies and much more destructive things with enough time
- Using Gray Boy
- Using a Telekinetic that doesn't seem Manton limited to crush him
- Using her wind ghost for an attack that can't really be seen that can kill
- Using her "Vulgar Woman" for a weird damage transfer style thing that worked on Scion (Worm)
Creating some mead and having a drink- Using Cleo for a rapidly necrotizing poison
- Using Eidolon to violently alter gravity and crush Rei
- Using Eidolon to dessicate Rei to death
- Using Eidolon to reality warp him to death
- Using Eidolon to EE him
- Using Eidolon to kick him into a different universe
- Probably something else I'm forgetting about

Most of those do get negged by Belphegor (burning all powers). As for the stuff like removing air to make powers stop working, he has fires like Leviathan which is freezing flame so that's not gonna do much either considering his fire do all but not work like normal fire

Behphegor can't nullify things that come out before he can react to them, given she's got thought based activation. How do you even react to suddenly being dead or in a different location anyways, things like the dessication, gravity, BFR, portals, explosion etc don't have travel time. Just because some of his fire does weird stuff doesn't mean now it works in no air if that's not shown, and even if it did he'd still suffocate.
She doesn't really need to move to use her shades, and it seems like that girl is a lot closer to him than several kilometers.

Flames are thought based too. The reason you see him using his left hand to burn stuff in the scans is because when he's older he can only use his flames from his right hand. Also the flames could react to SoL. He would suffocate, but he would have yeeted the dude that was removing air or power nulled him.
It's not about movement, its about fear. Also how many of those shades can be used on that long of a range either way? Currently her top is some hundreds of meters.

Well that dude is Eidolon, the one who's power is to pull out "whatever he needs" and could evade Scion's onslaught through a variety of powers, so a means as to how he does this in the very short time before asphyxiating would be nice.

Mental stuff kinda doesn't work very well on her anyways, and if she's scared with all the power she has she'd probably just lash out and destroy anyways. It's implied she did this sort of thing as a child, when she killed ~45 capes and was mostly under a Shard's influence.

You're also assuming he can ignite fire with no air again for some reason, and also remember that Eidolon himself has several powers at a time so alongside the suffocation he can also just like, explode this child. Air isn't even the only thing either, just remove all the moisture from his body while he's at it may as well.

Speed equal doesn't equalize speed of attacks. If it's faster it's faster.
Belphegor on himself gets rid of all of those. Until the flames deconstruct or null eidolon through speed, invisibility and AoE (sucks things in, make fire rain etc)
Besides usually passive EE fire around himself and use of flames that burn all special powers you mean? As for the portals doesn't take a genius to know what portals do. Not to mention he can just burn the portals or use them to burn glaistig herself

To be quite honest, I can't see for shit what's going on in those panels. I see a chin in 2 panels and literally just a girl in one of them. Not exactly things that are making me think "ah yes he spawns his fire through burning"

You can see ogami on his knees in the 1st scan, next scan same thing except the whole place is now in flames. 3rd scan is the effect.

Things that have already happened like...? He can also do a thing like "open up with stuff" too, rather than wait for her to do stuff. Besides why would she open with her best stuff right away? In character means quite a bit.

And that's the stupidest thing you've pointed NLF on, this is not even NLF. Saying "fire that isn't fire shouldn't be assumed to have average fire weaknesses". If it were burning something (which is why the oxygen is needed), it would produce smoke, heat or burn things at all. Same reason why Leviathan which is a freezing flame is just stupid to assume needs oxygen despite being a flame cus its flame in name but its freaking ice in reality. Also again invisible EE rain.
