The cheetah will get obliterated. Not only to cheetahs tend to be shy, but their bite strength is not formidable. They mainly depend on their speed to hunt. A chimp is very strong and if it grabs hold of the cheetah it's game over.

If it was real life then the Chimp would win since the cheetah wouldn't make the first move... Go google it up the that cheetahs are shy.

those are cheetah´s in zoos, wild cheetahs are a whole other story, they´d probably attack anything that came in range, and cheetah´s dont attack immediately because their waiting for an opportunity that will allow them to: kill their prey and get away with minimal injuries, without scaring other animals in the area.

I don't think Cheetas being shy matters here. Chimps and Gorillas are usually docile as well. We can't just say Cheetahs are usually shy/cowardly and Chimps are usually docile neither of them will try to kill the other. Both willing to kill and both are capable of it but Cheetah is more likely to win because he has more experience and skill in combat and is faster than Chimp.

Chimps are way more aggressive, can use all 4 limbs as well as bite, probably physically stronger with more stamina too. Mid-high dif.

Also yeah cheetahs are shy.

chimps are not much faster they arent even a little faster, cheetah takes speed by quite a bit (cheetah's are superhuamn at worst, chimps are peak human at best.). and in terms of strength cheetah's are peak human, chip's are athletic human sooo....

Nah, Chimps cannibalize each other, attack in war troops, rip people's faces off, and nearly sever their hands.

If it's a random encounter, the odds are both will just ignore each other, but due to SBA, both will logically want to fight. Now, a chimpanzee is aggressive, but some of its predators are big cats, and if it sees a Cheetah running at it it might try escaping. If it does, it gets attacked from the back and has little chances- however, if it stands its ground, it should win most of the time,

Incon, it really depends on the specific personalities of the two animals.

first off , their seams to be a misconception that chimpanzees just sit in trees and eat fruit all day , this is false , chimpanzees are omnivores and are known to hunt animals like deers and even monkeys , although they mostly eat plants . second chimpanzees are highly agressive apes and they are very strong and musclur , they are also very smart , cheetahs are very fragile and dont really fight 1 v 1 , they are mostly pack animals , nor are they very aggresive , despite to the contuary , so i say the chimp takes this most of the time , the chimp also has far stronger jaws then the cat , the cheetahs only way of victory is if it gets lucky or by ambush or in a pack/clan.

Cheetahs rarely make packs, and when they do, it's only groups of two or three brothers.

I couldn't find anything on chimps hunting deer, only red colubus monkeys, which are pretty small.

And yes, cheetas are careful and shy. So are lions and tigers, and so are most predators, cause they know any wound could be debilitating. But if forced to fight, the cheetah's gonna know what to do just as well as any other predator.

i cannot send or save a picture to my computer , but look up chimpanzee eats antelope on google , you will find some pictures , second of all , when you mean tigers and lions are shy , far from it , lions and tigers are known to be far more aggresive then cheetahs , cheetahs barley even fight off wild dogs , who are far smaller then them ,a chimpanzee is also far stronger phsyically and far smarter.
