Charlie Charlie gets the edge because it turned out to be a stupid marketing campaign disguised as a meme, though The Dress gets some points for still having jokes made about it.

Gotta go with the dress because it proved people are willing to actually use logic in an online debate more than fallacies in internet arguements. Also, you can't wear pencils.
