Characters that can beat Bill Cipher

Raising your hand and closing it is 1000s of times faster then fooling around which is what Bill always does.

Legit he's never even once fought a character that could actually do anything to him disregarding PIS and is more cocky then ******* Dante and the Flash.

A light starts at his finger and than everything in front of him goes away. That isn't a laser; it is a forward-facing AoE energy blast that never showed any travel time.

rewached it, and yes, its aoe, but it hasen't shown 4km range
 
You can make a wall out of stuff stronger than asphalt, but making roads out of that would be weird idk
 
Its just a naming quirk, though I'm sure at least one person has tried to upgrade real people to wall level on the basis of people destroying walls that aren't durable enough for wall level.
